Refund policy

Having happy customers is our priority. Fetch Boy products are non-returnable, however we do accept order cancellations within 24 hours of your order placement. A cancellation can be submitted to orders@wellsmfgco.com, and will be honored as long as the order has not shipped.

You have 72 hours (3 days) from the date you received your item to report concerns regarding a defect, wrong item, shipping issues, or unsatisfaction. Follow the instructions below to submit a request for review for a replacement. If a replacement is approved upon review, your replacement product order will be placed within 72 hours of approval date. If a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded the item amount on your original payment method within 10 business days.
