Shipping policy

Fetch Boy dog toy products are manufactured at our facility in New Vienna, Ohio. Fetch Boy Apparel is made in collaboration with a local apparel company. Items are shipped ground directly from our facility by a preferred carrier within the United States.  Electronic packing slips and tracking information is provided via e-mail to customers. Some Fetch Boy Accessories are shipped separately by a third-party.
