Shipping

The O.G. of Bounce Fetch Boy dog toy products are manufactured at our facility in New Vienna, Ohio. O.G. Fetch Boy Apparel is made in collaboration with a local apparel company. Items are shipped ground directly from our facility by a preferred carrier within the United States.  Electronic packing slips and tracking information is provided via e-mail to customers. Some O.G. Fetch Boy Accessories are shipped separately by a third-party.

Returns & Refunds

Having happy customers is our priority. Fetch Boy products are non-returnable, however we do accept order cancellations within 24 hour of your order placement. A cancellation can be submitted to orders@wellsmfgco.com, and will be honored as long as the order has not shipped.

If there are concerns regarding a defect, wrong item, shipping issues, or unsatisfaction, submit a request for review immediately. If a replacement is approved upon review, your replacement product order will be placed within 72 hours of approval date. If a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded the item amount on your original payment method within 10 business days.
